Privacy Policy

Plain-language note: these clauses are drafted to be genuinely clear, not to intimidate. They will be reviewed by a lawyer before this site takes on client work; until then, treat them as an honest statement of how the studio operates.

Clause 1 — What we collect

When you sign the contract on our contact page, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, company (if given), the engagement you selected, and your message. That is the only personal data this site collects deliberately.

Clause 2 — Why we collect it

To reply to you. Nothing else. We do not build marketing profiles, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Clause 3 — Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to the studio's inbox via a form-forwarding service. The service processes your submission solely to deliver it. Beyond that, your details live in our email and nowhere else.

Clause 4 — Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, they are aggregate and privacy-respecting: page views and referrers, not individuals. We do not use advertising trackers.

Clause 5 — Your rights

Write to studio@archovix.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so promptly and confirm in writing.

Clause 6 — Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly weaken it.
