No. 50% signs the contract and starts the work; the remaining 50% is due when you approve the finished site — before handoff. If cash flow needs a different split, raise it on the call and we will draw terms that work.

Signature is delivered in 7 days, Standard in 10, Authority in about 17. Those are working schedules, not marketing numbers — the clock starts when we have your brief and content. Bespoke builds get their own schedule, in writing, before we start.

You do — and that is deliberate. We deliver a production-ready static build and assist you in deploying it to the static host of your choice: Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, or your own infrastructure. Static hosting is inexpensive (often free at small scale), there is no lock-in to us, and the site is entirely yours.

An optional arrangement, not a requirement. It buys ongoing development time — content updates, edits, new pages or sections, feature work — at a set number of hours per tier. It is not hosting or infrastructure maintenance; we do not provide those. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Revisions during the build are unlimited within scope — we iterate until it is right. Every project also carries a 30-day post-handoff period where we fix anything that is not to standard, at no cost. We do not consider a project finished until you do.

We build so Google — and AI assistants — can read and index the site cleanly: semantic markup, structured data, fast static delivery, sitemaps. What we will not do is promise a ranking; positions depend on competition, content, and factors outside any studio’s control, and anyone guaranteeing "page 1" is selling you something.

Yes. You pay the difference in build cost and move to the new terms. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch — every tier sits on the same foundation.
